• By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
• In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
